We make being eco-friendly easy. Since our inception, we’ve strived for zero waste, always making the extra effort to protect our environment.

We have eliminated the use of plastic wrap and minimize our use of single-use items. The single-use items we do use (a shortlist of parchment paper and gloves) are all compostable.

If you get it from Shikorina, it’s reusable, compostable, or recyclable. Here’s how you can handle all of the disposables you might get from Shikorina Pastries:

Our glass cake jars are meant to be repurposed. If you don’t plan to reuse it, you can bring it back for $1 off your next order. 

Everything else (boxes, parchment paper, muffin and cupcake wrapper, cups, lids, straws) can be composted.
